I am a Humanistic Person-Centred Counsellor, passionate about the wellbeing of clients. I provide a holistic and integrative counselling approach in a safe and non judgemental space.
I tailor therapy to meet the clients healing process, integrating the Gestalt and Mindfulness approaches as well as using artistic expressions such as drawings, writing and paintings.
I take into account how different elements of a person's life affects their wellbeing, and focus on the person and what is currently happening in the their world.
I strongly value the collaborative approach with my clients, helping them to develop effective and healthy copping strategies as well as acquiring a greater self-understanding.
I work hard to try and help people overcome the stigma associated with mental health and self understanding. for this reason, i provide a free initial consultation of 20 minutes to try and understand your requirements and not only if counselling is right for you, but also if i am the right councillor for you.
